Sponge cake 1, 1, 3 with jam and chocolate

This cake is one of the simplest I know. It does without the need to weigh the ingredients, using only a glass of yogurt, of the 125 grams.

I have made my version since the original would be cake 1,2,3. The 1 equals the amount of oil (a glass) the two to the amount of sugar which, as you can see, I have reduced, and three to the amount of flour (three cups). The rest is also easy: three eggs, a yogurt and a yeast envelope.

To make it something more special this time I have filled in with strawberry jam and I have put melted chocolate on the surface. 

Give it a try because kids really like it. Ah! and a little thing ... play with him flavor of yogurts because it is not the same to use a lemon one as a strawberry one. The cake changes flavor but will always be rich.

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 strawberry yogurt (or other flavor), 125 grams
• 1 glass of sunflower oil yogurt
• 1 glass of sugar yogurt
• 3 cups of plain yogurt
• 1 envelope of Royal type yeast

Plus:

• 4 tablespoons of strawberry jam
• 50 g of chocolate

Preparation

1. We put the eggs in a bowl.

2. We beat them.

3. We add the yogurt.

4. We incorporate the oil and sugar.

5. We mix well.

6. Now we put the flour (if possible, sifted) next to the yeast envelope.

7. We integrate everything well.

8. We distribute the mixture in a mold of about 22 centimeters in diameter.

9. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 40 or 45 minutes.

10. Once cold, if we want, we unmold the cake and divide it in two horizontally. We fill it with strawberry jam.

11. We melt chocolate in the microwave and, with a spoon, we put it on the surface of the cake.
