piña colada

To prepare a rich pina colada without alcohol you will need 200 ml of pineapple juice, 100 ml of coconut cream and 100 g of crushed ice. Put the three ingredients in the mixer and beat until you have a cream.

Strawberry mojito

To prepare a strawberry mojito cocktail You will need 3 large strawberries, 6 ice cubes, 7 mint leaves, the juice of half a lime, two tablespoons of brown sugar, a little soda and a little Lemon Fanta.
Crush the ice and put it in the glasses. The washed strawberries, without leaves, the lime juice and the brown sugar in a blender glass. Pour the mixture over the ice. Wash the mint leaves well and add them to the mojito. Add the lemon Fanta and soda.

Strawberry lemonade

To prepare a liter of lemonade You will need: 250 g of strawberries, 2 large lemons, 1 lime, 130 g of sugar and 750 g of water. Wash the strawberries and mash them with the sugar. Make the lemon juice and add it to the mixture and do the same with the lime juice. Add the water to the mixture and blend again so that the flavors are well integrated. Decorate with a few strawberries and serve very cool.

Homemade horchata

For prepare a liter of horchata you will need: 250 gr of tiger nuts, 800 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Soak the tigernuts for at least 8 hours. And change the water a couple of times when you see that it is cloudy. Once we have the tigernuts hydrated and their skin is completely smooth, put the tigernuts in the glass of a blender, add the water and grind everything. The water will turn white. You will see that a paste remains, so afterwards you have to pass the mixture through a strainer or through a Chinese.
Once you have all the strained liquid, add sugar, put it in the refrigerator and drink it very cold.

Orange, banana and honey smoothie

To prepare a Smoothie you will need: 1 orange, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. Peel the orange and remove all the white part so it does not turn bitter. Peel the banana and put both ingredients in the blender glass until everything is well beaten and crushed. Add the yogurt and honey and continue beating everything until it is unified. Serve very cold.
