Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. They are ready when the brussels sprouts start to turn golden brown and crisp.
  5. Baked Brussels Sprout Skewers with Bacon. Cut the brussels sprouts in half and bake them for about 20 minutes until golden brown. In a frying pan, toast the bacon and when it is crisp remove it. Assemble each skewer with a piece of Brussels sprouts, a slice of bacon and another half of Brussels sprouts.
