For the sliced bread canapés:

Roquefort cheese
green apples

For the saltine cookies:

200 gr. Of flour
100 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
100 gr. of butter
1 egg
sale

For the rolls:

Corn tortillas or thin crepes
your favorite fillings

Preparation

Chop the cheese and crush it with a fork.
Cut the apples into very very fine cubes.
We mix both ingredients. C.
Cut the slices of mold bread, toast them slightly if you want, and spread the cream cheese on them.
Mix all the ingredients until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Let rest for half an hour in the fridge.
Roll out the dough on a floured countertop or covered with non-stick paper with the help of a rolling pin.
We will leave the dough with a thickness of half a centimeter.
Cut the cookies with a Christmas-shaped cutter or a small glass and place them in the oven on a tray covered with parchment paper at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
We can decorate the biscottes with herbs, cheese, almonds or sesame or poppy seeds.
Use Mexican tortillas or crepes as a base for your Christmas appetizers.
We spread the pancakes on a countertop and fill them, not excessively, with our favorite ingredients. Salmon, cold cuts, spun egg, cheese, vegetables...
Roll up the tortillas, squeezing gently so they don't open, and cut them into pieces with a very sharp knife.
