Ingredients
- 400 gr of broccoli
- 2 large eggs
- 1 / 2 chopped onion
- 150 gr of cheddar cheese
- 100 gr breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Preparation
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking tray with a little olive oil.
We cook the broccoli in boiling water for a couple of minutes, and remove it and wash it with cold tap water to stop the cooking process. We drain it well.
Chop the broccoli and mix it with the egg, onion, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper.
We mix everything well, and with our hands we make small balls that we shape and place them one by one on the baking paper in the oven tray.
Bake the sandwiches until they are golden brown and crisp, (about 25 minutes) turning them over when they are half baked.
Now we just have to remove the sandwiches from the oven and enjoy them hot with a little tomato sauce.
