Ingredients for 4 people: 24 beautiful prawns (tiger type), 4 cloves of garlic, fresh parsley, coarse salt, extra virgin olive oil, brandy / wine / lemon juice, black peppercorns / hot paprika / a few drops of tabasco
Preparation: We wash the prawns and dry them well. We arrange them very well spread on a baking tray greased in oil.
Chop the garlic and parsley very well and spread it over the prawns.
Sprinkle with the spicy spice that we have chosen and with coarse salt.
Finally, we sprinkle the prawns with the wine, brandy or lemon juice. It is preferable to do it with a kitchen spray or sprayer.
We bake at about 225 degrees for about 10 minutes.
