Today's cookies have no butter or oil. They are Banana and walnut cookies which can be taken by people with celiac disease and those who are intolerant to eggs.
To prepare them, it is ideal to have a food processor to chop the nuts. Then, with a fork we will chop the banana and we will mix ingredients.
We will also need a couple of spoons to make little piles of dough on a couple of baking trays. And after about 25 minutes, the cookies will be ready.
