  • three cloves of garlic
  • 120 grams of elvers
  • 2 hot chillies.

Preparation

  1. We must make them in small clay casseroles, where we will add a little oil that covers the bottom and add the garlic cloves, let them brown over low heat and add the chillies.

  2. When it is boiling, add about 30 grams of eels to each casserole, and let it cook. We must stir quickly to skip them.

  3. Tradition says that they should be eaten with a wooden fork.
