Ingredients

  • a medium chicken
  • 50 grams of bacon
  • 12 onions
  • 12 large mushrooms
  • a glass of red wine
  • a tablespoon of butter
  • a tablespoon of flour
  • a few slices of fried bread.

Preparation

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and boil it for a few minutes, then sauté it with the butter

  2. On the other hand, peel the onions, chop them and brown them together with the bacon, add the mushrooms and sauté again, remove everything and add the chopped chicken, which we will cook for a few minutes.

  3. Halfway through cooking, add the garnish again and cook for another 15 minutes.

  4. We remove the chicken and the garnish, to add the wine and flour to the sauce

  5. Stir well until smooth and serve the chicken with the sauce on top and the garnish.
