Lettuce mix
200gr of feta cheese
2 slices of mold pal
4 anchovy fillets
2 egg yolks
A couple of garlic cloves
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon of mustard

6 cooked prawns
Preparation
The first thing we will do is prepare our caesar sauce. For this we will prepare a mortar, where we add the garlic, the anchovies and crush everything. Then we add the egg yolks and add oil little by little until a homogeneous paste is formed. Next, we put a few drops of lemon juice, mustard, and salt.
We wash the lettuce leaves, and put them in a bowl.
While we prepare a frying pan, and grill the slices of bread. When they are golden, we cut them into small pieces.
We cut the feta cheese into squares.
We put together with the lettuce, the bread, the feta cheese and the capers.
Gradually add the Caesar sauce with a little black pepper and the cooked prawns.
