Chicken with herbs

The fine herbs are a very recurrent resource in the kitchen to flavor stews, grilled or baked recipes, pasta or vegetables. Each one with its particular aroma and flavor, the fine herbs can be combined with each other to our liking, always attending to the main ingredient of the recipe. It is better to do a bouquet or branch with three or four fresh herbs, otherwise the aromas between them would be overshadowed.

Chicken is the star of our recipe. Parsley, bay leaf, tarragon, sage, rosemary, or thyme they are herbs that come from pearls and will brighten up its delicate flavor.
