A traditional dish that everyone likes: Chickpeas With Chorizo. Perhaps the most difficult thing about this dish is remembering to soak the chickpeas the night before, because cooking them is really easy.
We have to bear in mind that the chickpeas must be added to the saucepan once the water is hot. And also that the cooking time will be long. If we are in a hurry we can always cook them in a pressure cooker, with the vegetables, and then add the sausage. The "arrangement" we will do the same in both cases, with oil, flour and paprika.
