250 ml. liquid cream
50 ml. milk
225 gr. Philadelphia Milka (1 and a half tub)
20 gr. sugar
1 envelope of curd
half a roll of Maria cookies
40 gr. margarine or butter

Preparation

First, we make the cookie base. We melt the butter and crush the cookies. Mix to form a compact dough with which we will cover the bottom of a round mold, removable if possible.
We start with the filling of the cake. We put the cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to heat it well. Then we add the cream of cheese and chocolate and we are stirring until it falls apart.
We dissolve the curd powders and pour them into the saucepan with the chocolate cream. We do not stop stirring until the mixture boils.
Once everything is integrated, we pass the mixture to the mold, on the base of cookies and let it cool to room temperature. Later, we put the cake in the refrigerator to finish cooling and set.
