Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 600 ml whole milk
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150g chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  • Cookies to decorate.
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan we put the 600 ml of milk together to the 15 g cornstarch and 60 g sugar.Chocolate nustard
  2. We put it on a high heat and try to mix it carefully and without stopping.
  3. When it starts to get hot, lower the heat to a medium low temperature and we keep stirring.
  4. We put the spoonful of vanilla extract and add the chocolate. We keep stirring so that it melts.
  5. You have to get the mixture to thicken. For this we will need to constantly stir so that the mixture does not stick to the base of the pan. We will need a little patience and time to observe that at the end the cream thickens.
  6. We serve it in individual pots and cover them with plastic wrap. We will keep it in the fridge at least 4 hours.
  7. We serve this dessert cold and decorate it with cookies.
