200 ml. almond milk (can be soy milk)
50 ml. sunflower oil
170g. cane sugar,
2 ripe peaches (or another fruit that children like better)
100 ml. peach liqueur (or the fruit we choose)
150 g. of chocolate in pieces
the zest of 1 lemon
220 g. Of flour
1 envelope of yeast,
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation

Previously we prepare the mold that we are going to use, spreading it with butter and flour and preheating the oven to 170º
We begin by beating the milk, a peach, the liquor, the lemon zest, the oil and the sugar until everything is well dissolved.
Sift the flour, yeast and baking soda and add to the previous mixture. Stir until everything is well integrated.
Add the chopped chocolate and the other peach into pieces and mix again.
Pour into the mold that we had prepared and put in the oven for about 30 minutes. We will know that it is ready when, when poking the cake with a toothpick, it comes out dry.
Unmold and let cool on a rack so that moisture does not accumulate in the cake.
