Preparation

To make the dough, we begin by mixing the flour with the water, vinegar, butter and salt until we form a homogeneous and not very soft paste.
Stretch it out and cover it with butter.
We fold it several times, stretch it out again and divide it into two equal round pieces
We use one as a base and cover it with angel hair
With the other piece of dough we cover the cake painting the ends with beaten egg and we close the edges in the form of a braid
We put the cake on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and put it in the oven at 250 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Once out of the oven and cold, we sprinkle the cake with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
