Crispy sesame pancakes: an ideal mid-morning or afternoon snack

These pancakes are made in a jiffy and are very healthy. Only one egg white is needed and they are ideal for a snack . They have very little fat and very little sugar, so they are ideal to appease our hunger until lunchtime. Of course you can eat them when you want. If they soften after a day, reheat them in a preheated oven at 160ºC for a couple of minutes and they will recover the crispiness.
