20 slices of sliced bread without crust (you can use them from multigrain)
1 handful of arugula (optional)
200 g cream cheese
10 dried tomatoes
200 g cream cheese
10 anchovy fillets

Preparation

With a kitchen rolling pin, flatten the slices of bread, from which we have previously removed the edges (you can also buy them without edges).
For the dried tomato paste we must hydrate them in water for 1 night covered. Drain them and grind them with the cheese to a homogeneous paste.
To make the anchovy paste, blend the cheese with the anchovies until everything is incorporated and homogeneous.
Now we assemble the sandwiches by spreading a third of the bread slices with the tomato paste, another third with the anchovy paste and leaving the last third unspreaded.
Assemble three towers with a slice of bread with tomato paste, another with anchovy paste (and alternate arugula on one or all levels). Cover, cut each tower into quarters and serve.
