Duchess timbale or potato and meat pie


  • 1 kg. of patatos
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 1 splash of milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 500 gr. minced beef
  • 250 ml. white wine
  • oil
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 cebolla
  • pepper and salt

Mashed potatoes and stewed veal have always gotten along very well when it comes to being part of our daily menus. Instead of serving them as is on the plate, why not make a gratin cake with both ingredients?
