We like cupcakes. And if they have chocolate, even more so. Today's is a Greek yogurt cake that children really like.
The nuggets and chocolate We will put them in the dough and the fondant chocolate on the surface.
We will use the microwave oven both to soften the margarine and to melt the chocolate. In both cases it is better to stay short than to spend, so start programming a few seconds and heat it a few seconds more if you consider it necessary.
Greek yogurt cake, with chocolate

Ingredients
- 80 g of margarine and a little more for the mold
- 125 g Greek yogurt
- 180 g flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking yeast
- 40 g of chocolate chips
- 70 g of chocolate fondant
Preparation
We put the margarine in a cup or glass.
Soften it in the microwave (30 seconds will be enough).
We put it in a large bowl. We add the yogurt.
Also flour, sugar and yeast.
We mix well.
Add the yolks and continue mixing.
If we can, we mount the egg whites with a food processor or with some rods.
We add the whites to the previous mixture and mix with enveloping movements.
Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
We put our dough in a mold of about 22 centimeters in diameter.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 35 minutes or until we see that it is well cooked (to know if it is, we can insert a skewer stick and check that it comes out clean).
Once baked, we put the chocolate in another cup and melt it in the microwave. With a spoon we distribute it on the surface of the cake.
