Ingredients
1 Greek yogurt
1 glass of extra virgin olive oil yogurt
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
3 eggs
1 sachet (16 gr.) Baking powder
a pinch of salt
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the yogurt, oil and continue beating.
We incorporate, with the help of a strainer to sift, the flour together with the yeast and salt. We mix the dough.
Grease a mold with butter and flour or cover it with parchment paper and turn out the dough.
We cook the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. If the cake starts to brown on top prematurely, cover it with aluminum foil or turn off the top heat.
Let the cake cool down before removing it from the mold and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
