For the bechamel:
- 80 g flour
- 1 liter of milk
- 40 butter g
- Sal Island
- Nutmeg
For the filling:
- A dash of extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 350 g of minced meat
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Aromatic herbs
Plus:
- A few sheets of pre-cooked lasagna
Preparation
- We prepare the bechamel in Thermomix or in a saucepan. If it is in Thermomix we put all the ingredients of the béchamel in the glass and we program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4. It can also be elaborated in the traditional way, in a wide saucepan. If we do it in the saucepan we can follow these indications
- To make the filling, we clean the mushrooms well and chop them.
- We put a little olive oil in a frying pan and sauté them.
- We add the minced meat.
- We put salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
- Put the béchamel sauce in a suitable ovenproof dish. We distribute some plates of lasagna on the base.
- We put half of the filling not on those plates.
- We add a little bechamel.
- We put another layer of pasta and béchamel.
- Then more filling and a little more béchamel.
- We put more pasta plates. Cover with the rest of the béchamel sauce and distribute the mozzarella on the surface.
- Bake at 180º for approximately 20 minutes.
