Lentils With Sausages

We go there with some warm lentils, with vegetables and some delicious sausages. The good thing about this legume, the lentils, is that they do not need previous soaking. That is why they are a good option when in the morning we still do not know what to cook.

With a salad like the one you will find in the link the food is fixed. And it is a consistent dish thanks to the sausages. So that it is not a too fatty dish, we have cooked them before in a pan, but you can put them directly in the saucepan.
