300 g of pastry flour
250 g of boiled potatoes
70 g of pure cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon and a half baking yeast
150 g butter at room temperature
150 g icing sugar
3 large eggs
150 ml of milk
200 g of covered chocolate
200 ml of liquid cream (cooking is ok)
50 butter g

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º C and grease a (crown) mold with oil or butter and sprinkle with flour.
Mash the potatoes with a fork or the back of a saucepan and reserve.
In a large bowl or salad bowl, cream the butter with the sugar, that is, we beat it with the sugar until it is fluffy and the sugar incorporated. Better if we do it with an electric rod or kitchen robot. Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
Add the mashed potatoes (if you have a larger piece of potato it doesn't matter). We incorporate flour, yeast and cocoa; Pour in the milk and mix well.
Pour the dough into the mold that we had previously prepared.
Bake for half an hour and check cooking with something sharp; when poking the cake in the center it should come out totally clean. Remove from the oven, turn it off and let cool completely on a wire rack before unmolding. Unmold, and if the lower part of the cake has been irregular, we even it out by cutting it longitudinally with a knife, to obtain a smooth base.
For the chocolate coating, we bring the cream to a boil. When it boils, remove from heat, and add the chopped chocolate and butter. Let stand for a few minutes, and stir with a spoon until a homogeneous cream is achieved.
Let stand until thickened, and spread over the cake.
Let the coverage harden and that's it.
