325 gr. melon pulp,
125 gr. of sugar,
50 ml. whole milk
200 ml. cream
a splash of lemon juice

Preparation

Once we have the melon cut and without pipes, we beat it in the blender until it creates a rather liquid puree.
On the other hand, we spread the cream very cold with electric rods. It is enough that we have a creamy texture.
Mix the cream with the melon puree, the sugar, the milk and the lemon juice in the container to freeze the ice cream.
If we put it in the freezer, we must be aware of the ice cream for approximately three hours. Half an hour after putting it in the freezer, we stir it with a spoon so that ice does not form. We will do this operation again after half an hour and then twice more every hour, thus achieving a creamier texture.
Once we are going to consume it, it is advisable to take it out of the freezer about 15 minutes before.
