On vacation we like to enjoy good food but we avoid working too much at home. With these muffins muffin type (compact and juicy) We will not spend much time in the kitchen since we will make them in the microwave. In 5 minutes we will have them ready.
Prepare the dough it does not have great complications either. We will mix the solid ingredients on the one hand and the liquid ingredients on the other. Then we will only have to join them and integrate them well, so that there are no lumps.

Ingredients
- 250 gr. Of flour
- 100 gr. sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Two handfuls of chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml. whole milk
- 125 ml. sunflower oil
- A few drops of vanilla aroma
Plus:
- Icing sugar for the surface
Preparation
We put all the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, yeast, chocolate, salt.
We mix them.
In another bowl we put the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, oil, vanilla.
We mix them too.
We join both preparations in one of the bowls.
We work the dough so that it is without lumps.
We pour the dough into individual molds, filling them only halfway. Ideally, put the liners in a rigid mold.
We cook the muffins in the microwave at 600W (half power) for 2 minutes.
We wait a few minutes and unmold. We put new liners again and put the dough in them. We bake and repeat these steps until we finish with the dough.
When they are cold we decorate them by sprinkling icing sugar on the surface.

Try to make them in two minutes and let them rest for another as many with the microwave oven closed so that they finish making with the heat of the dough itself. If not, more time is better than raising the power.

At 500w of power in the miro they burn out. I put them 1 min and they also burn at the base and not at the top. A disaster!!
This is a fraud!! All the wasted ingredients.
