Ingredients
- 180 g of water
- 5 g of sugar
- 5 g fresh baker's yeast
- 40g milk
- 400 g flour
- 20 g of olive oil and a little more for the surface
- About 7 g of salt

Preparation
Put the water, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
We mix.
We add the milk, the flour, 20 g of olive oil and about 7 g of salt.
We mix first with a wooden spoon and then with our hands, kneading for a few minutes.
