2 tablespoons of powder sugar
125 gr. Nutella
125 ml. whole milk
2 gelatin sheets

Preparation

We mount the cream, which must be very cold, with the electric rods. Add the sugar while beating.
Meanwhile we soak the gelatin in cold water to soften it.
Heat the milk and dissolve the drained gelatin and the Nocilla in it to dissolve it. If necessary, we give a beat of the mixer to form a homogeneous cream.
When the cream is warm, add the whipped cream, being careful not to let it sink.
We put the cream in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
Use egg white instead of cream if we want to make a softer and lower-fat mousse.
