4 large potatoes
200 gr. minced meat

Preparation

We begin by browning the meat with salt and pepper in a pan with a little oil. When the veal has been on the fire for a couple of minutes, we add the minced garlic and let the whole thing brown well.
Potatoes can be cooked fried or roasted in the oven or in the microwave. They should be golden and crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside.
When the meat is ready, we bathe it with the tomato and dress it with the oregano and the pica. Let the sauce reduce.
Then, we add the potatoes to the pan and rectify the point of salt. Cook the potatoes for a couple of minutes. We put them in a dish, cover them with abundant grated cheese and gratin them.
