Ingredients

  • 800 gr. peeled and cored pears
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • Egg whites 3

Preparation

  1. We beat the chopped pears together with the cheese, milk and sugar until we get a smooth and homogeneous cream.

  2. Whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the pear cream with the help of a wooden spoon, gently, and using enveloping movements.

  3. We refrigerate the mousse for a couple of hours so that it remains consistent.

  4. Thicken the mousse with soaked gelatin instead of whipped whites.

  5. We should melt the gelatin in a little pear puree and mix it with the rest.
