500 gr. minced pork
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
half bread soaked in milk
800 gr. chopped or crushed tomato
½ cup red wine
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
8 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 spoon of sugar

Preparation

Mix the meat with cheese, the parsley, the egg and the bread drained from the milk. Mix and season to taste. We form the meatballs, coat them in flour and fry them in hot oil. We leave them on paper napkins to drain the fat.
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a saucepan with olive oil. When they are poached, we pour the wine into the pan and reduce it for about 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes over medium heat to allow the sauce to concentrate.
Then we put the meatballs in the sauce and cook another 5 minutes.
