Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 125 grams of sugars
  • egg
  • 600 grams of ricotta
  • six yolks
  • 250 more grams of sugar
  • half a tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • the zest of a lemon.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl we mix the sugar, the butter, an egg and the flour, mix well and without kneading, fill with half the dough, the mold that we are going to use.

  2. On the other hand, we prepare the filling, beating the ricotta well with the sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and lemon zest, and add it to the mold, with the leftover dough we cover the mold.

  3. Cook in a medium oven for about 45 minutes and serve very cold.
