Russian salad for the little ones

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, put a finger of water and place the potatoes, the carrots peeled and diced, the peas and the eggs, cover and cook everything for about 20 minutes.

2. We put the potato in a bowl and mash it. Add the carrots, the peas, the chopped egg whites, the 2 cans of tuna, the olives, and the mayonnaise. We stir everything well and leave it in the fridge.

3. When the salad is cold, we place it on a plate and use a plating ring to give it the shape of our doll.

4. With the other egg we have, we peel it, cut it in half and put it in the shape of eyes on top of the salad. Decorate with a lettuce leaf and some zucchini strips.
