Ingredients

  • 200cc of oil
  • two heads of garlic
  • five bay leaves
  • kilo and a half of sardines
  • 15 black peppercorns
  • a pinch of salt
  • half a liter of vinegar.

Preparation

  1. We clean the sardines, we can either put them whole or shred them, this is already to the taste of each one

  2. In a large saucepan we put the oil and fry the sardines.

  3. Then we add the garlic and the bay leaf and fry until the garlic is golden brown, add the vinegar, pepper and a liter and a half of water, letting it cook for thirty minutes.
