September: seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our proposals.

It is clear that there is nothing like consuming season products. We save money and fill our tables with the flavor that only these types of products have, those that mature in the best conditions. 

Today we want to remind you of the fruits and vegetables that we will see in the market in the coming weeks, in the month of September. We also show you some dishes that can be made with them.

In September we still find fruits like the peach, nectarine or melon. It is the best time for pears, apples, grapesAvocados, figs, grenades, mangoes and quinces. We leave you some ideas:
