This Strawberry Mousse recipe is the perfect dessert to end a special meal and put a golden final point

Ingredients

  • 400 gr of strawberries
  • 200gr of cream
  • 100 gr of mascarpone cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Clean the strawberries, remove the stem and blend them in the blender. Next, we whip the cream little by little until it thickens, and we add a little mascarpone cheese to make it thick.

  2. To make the mousse more spongy, we beat the 4 egg whites until stiff and give them volume until they are perfect.
    Finally, we mix the cream with the strawberries and little by little we incorporate the egg whites into the mixture, stirring by hand with the whisk.

  3. We serve in the glasses and let the mousse cool down in the fridge for about 3 hours. We decorate with some mint leaves, and….
