Ingredients

3 eggs
1 Greek or strawberry yogurt
3 measures of sugar yogurt
1 measure of mild-flavored oil yogurt
3 measures of flour yogurt
grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon baking powder
a little butter to spread the mold
200 gr. sugar-marinated strawberries
a pinch of salt

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt, sugar and grated lemon rind. When well blended add the oil and mix again.
Then little by little we add the flour mixed with the yeast.
Finally add the strawberries cut into pieces.
Grease a mold with a little butter, flour it and pour the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C until when pricked with a needle, it comes out clean. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with sugar and return to the oven.
Let cool and unmold.
