In recent years the new kitchen has been modifying conventional dishes by adding new ingredients that we would never have thought could combine well with this recipe. For example, who has not ever heard that you can make a beet or melon gazpacho? We are going to do it with seasonal strawberries, one of the favorite fruits of children. The strawberry gives the gazpacho a sweetness and an intense red very suitable to the taste of the little ones.

Ingredients
1 small cucumber
350g cutter
1 sweet onion
1 little red pepper
1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 pinch of nutmeg
1 glass of cold water
Preparation
Peel and chop the cucumber, onion and pepper.
We split the strawberries.
Blend all the vegetables together with the strawberries until obtaining a fine cream and add the oil, vinegar, salt to taste and nutmeg.
Add the cold water and the breadcrumbs and beat again.
Put in the fridge for an hour to cool down.
Strain, shake again, mix with a little ice and serve straining again together with a garnish of strawberries and chopped vegetables and a drizzle of oil.
