Swiss buns, how we like their sugar

I remember the Swiss or milk buns with special affection because many afternoons it was the snack that my parents took me to school when they picked me up from school in the afternoons. I used to love nibbling on it on the way home and leaving that crunchy sugar on top for last.

This recipe will delight children. Swiss buns are tender and very suitable for dipping in a glass of milk. It's time to have a snack!
