The weekend arrives and we fancy pizza for dinner. This barbecue chicken pizza recipe is very tasty and you have to try it if you like barbecue sauce

Ingredients

  • Pizza base
  • 1 chicken breast
  • chopped onion
  • chopped red pepper
  • 1 large ball of mozzarella
  • ketchup
  • oregano
  • barbecue sauce
  • oil and salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips, season them with salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan over high heat

  2. We salse them with the barbecue and leave them on the fire for one more minute.

  3. Spread the pizza base with tomato and oil, add the mozzarella, the pepper and the chopped onion

  4. Put the chicken strips on top and take the pizza to the oven until it is crispy.
