Carrot cake, the trick is in the cake

Today I bring you a dessert that is one of my favorites, a carrot cake that is quick, simple and delicious.

You can prepare it in about 20 minutes, and it is the most spongy and with a spectacular flavor. For the measurements we will use the cup format. Grab any medium mug from home and get to work.

Hmmm I just tried to do it and it doesn't work out…. and actually reading the ingredients should have dropped. They are all solid except the eggs. There remains a dough that must be kneaded. You have not forgotten something because it looks very good

That has ever happened to me. So that this does not happen you have to beat the eggs, vanilla and oil. Then you add the sugar and when you have gradually beaten the sifted flour with yeast, bicarbonate and spices.
      regards

How many people does it serve? . I'm thinking of doing it for a small party of 11 people.

    Thank you very much.
