500 gr of minced turkey meat
Half chopped onion
A minced garlic clove
1 hard boiled egg
1 egg
250 gr of grated cheese
Bread crumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
Sal Island

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, put the minced turkey meat, the salt, the pepper, the onion, and the minced garlic, the minced boiled egg, and the grated cheese. Stir everything until well integrated. With about 500 grams you will get about 16 meatballs.
Start making small balls in the shape of meatballs.
Put the breadcrumbs on one plate, and the beaten egg on another. Pass each of the meatballs first through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
Prepare a previously oiled tray with a little extra virgin olive oil and place each meatball one by one. Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
In a saucepan, add a little extra virgin olive oil. Add the meatballs and tomato sauce. Stir everything until the meatballs are soaked in the tomato and once they are done turn off the heat.
Put a little parsley on top, and serve them very hot.
