Ingredients
- 100 g of almonds
- 120 g of sugar (and a little more for the surface)
- Cinnamon
- 125 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Royal type yeast
- 50 g of sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- Figs
Preparation
Chop the almonds with 120 g of sugar in a food processor.
We put this mixture in a bowl and add flour, cinnamon, yeast and salt. We mix.
In another bowl we put the eggs and oil.

We pour this mixture of liquids into the previous bowl. We mix.
We distribute the dough in a mold about 22 centimeters in diameter.
We place some figs (in halves) on the surface. We sprinkle moistened sugar.
We bake at 190º for 40-45 minutes, until the interior is well cooked.
