• Medium medium cabbage
• 1 Carrot

• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 small onion
• Half a tablespoon of sugar
• 1 jar of fresh cream
• 1 tablespoon American or light mustard
• A little white vinegar
• Sal Island
• Black pepper

Preparation

1. We begin by cutting the cabbage, carrot, onion and apple into very fine julienne strips with the help of a mandolin or a large, sharp knife.

2. To prepare the sauce, mix the fresh cream with the sugar, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

3. Mix the sauce well and add it to the cabbage, stirring insistently even sometimes almost crushing so that the cabbage is well smeared with sauce.

4. Now we put the salad for at least 4 hours in the fridge, and we take it out from time to time to eliminate the water that the cabbage is adding. This process will help the cabbage get tender and marinated so that children feel tender yet crisp at the same time.
