1 tablespoon icing sugar
Preparation
We put the oven to preheat while we prepare the apples. We wash them and remove their hearts. Once we have them clean, we cut the apples into very thin slices and place them on a non-stick tray. Once we have them all on, sprinkle with the icing sugar.
We bake at about 150 degrees and let them cook for about 2:30 hours. You will see that the apples have been completely dry but without losing the fluffy touch.
Once we have the chips ready, we place them on the oven rack and let them cool so that they are very crisp.
To preserve them better, store them in an airtight container. You will see how great they are.
