Ingredients

  • 1 Apple in small cubes
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 100 g of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A splash of agave or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and preheat the oven.

  2. Once we have the oven very hot, we bake at 180 degrees until the oat flakes are very curly (about 15 minutes).

  3. Once this time has passed, remove the crumbs from the oven and take them warm.
