Ingredients
For the cake batter:
- 60 g of butter and a little more for the mold
- 60 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 60g milk
- 50 g of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast for sweets
For the filling:
- 60 g of sugar
- 3 apples
Preparation
We mix the butter with the sugar.
We add the eggs and continue mixing.
Add the flour, milk, oil and yeast. We integrate everything well.
Peel and dice the apples. We put them in a large bowl and add the 60 g of sugar to the apple.
We mix well.
We prepare a mold 18 centimeters in diameter, greasing it. We preheat the oven to 180º.
We put half of the cake mixture in the base of the mold.
On that dough we put the apple.
We put the rest of the dough on the apple.
We bake at 180 for approximately 1 hour. After the first 40 minutes we can open the surface with aluminum foil to prevent it from browning too much.
We serve warm or hot.
