Apple rings in white wine

We go there with a traditional sweet. Some macerated apple rings, battered and fried to enjoy as a family.

We are going to marinate them in a mixture of white wine, sugar and lemon, but don't worry about the alcohol in the white wine because it will evaporate with the heat of frying. To dishearten the apples I have used the utensil that you see in this other recipe.

That you have no apples? Well, substitute them for pears or even for peeled and chopped bananas. This recipe is a good choice for take advantage of that fruit that is being forgotten in the fruit bowl.
