We are going to prepare a Apple sauce that you can serve with your favorite meat. It is very simple and perhaps that is why it is so delicious. It is made with apples, only apples, which we will cook and flavor with laurel. Then a little bit of salt and pepper, we remove the laurel, we crush it and we have it ready.
It fits very well with pork and it is a good alternative to other types of more caloric sauces.

Ingredients
- 3 apples
- Vegetable broth, meat broth or just water
- 1 hoja de laurel
- Sal Island
- Ground pepper
Preparation
Cut into quarters, peel and core 3 apples. We put the apple pieces in a saucepan or small saucepan with a little broth or water. Add a bay leaf and put it on the fire to cook.
Once the apple is cooked, we remove it from the heat. We remove the bay leaf, add salt and pepper and crush everything.
We serve with meat.
