Apple sauce for meats

Ingredients

• 3 apples
• Vegetable broth, meat broth or just water
• 1 hoja de laurel
• Sal Island
• Ground pepper

Preparation

1. Cut into quarters, peel and core 3 apples. We put the apple pieces in a saucepan or small saucepan with a little broth or water. Add a bay leaf and put it on the fire to cook.

2. Once the apple is cooked, we remove it from the heat. We remove the bay leaf, add salt and pepper and crush everything.

3. We serve with meat.
