Do you like artichokes? Today we show you how to do chips baked with this ingredient. They could also be made in a frying pan, with plenty of hot oil, but in the oven we get a similar result and with fewer calories.
If you look at the ingredients you will see that one of them is lemon. Is used for prevent artichokes from browning once we have cleaned it. You can substitute the lemon for a few sprigs of parsley. Parsley fulfills the same function (to prevent it from oxidizing) but without adding flavor.
